General Information

Mr.Wine markets wines and food products that are delicate and sensitive to transport and storage conditions. For this reason, all orders are carefully checked before shipment.

By purchasing on the website, the customer fully accepts these terms and conditions of sale and return.

Absence of a general right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable Swiss law, purchases made through this website do not include any automatic right of withdrawal, cancellation or return after order confirmation.

Any return or cancellation requests may only be evaluated at Mr.Wine's discretion and only in the cases expressly provided for in these conditions.

Returns accepted only in specific cases

Any requests for assistance can only be considered in the following cases:

  • incorrect product delivered;
  • bottle severely damaged during transport;
  • obvious defects attributable to transport.

Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of order delivery.

Requests submitted after this deadline cannot be considered.

Mandatory conditions for evaluation

For any request, the customer must provide:

  • order number;
  • detailed photographs of the product;
  • photographs of the original packaging;
  • any documentation requested by Mr.Wine.

The absence of any of the requested information may result in the automatic rejection of the request.

Exclusions

Returns or complaints relating to:

  • personal taste preferences;
  • organoleptic variations typical of wine;
  • defects perceived after opening the bottle;
  • opened or used products;
  • damage resulting from improper storage after delivery;
  • slight aesthetic imperfections of labels, capsules or packaging;
  • delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

Verification and final decision

Each request will be verified by Mr.Wine and evaluated at its sole discretion.

Mr.Wine reserves the right to:

  • reject the request;
  • propose a replacement;
  • issue a credit usable on the website;
  • or proceed with a possible total or partial refund.

Limitation of liability

Mr.Wine's liability is in any case limited exclusively to the value of the product purchased.

Mr.Wine cannot be held responsible for indirect damages, economic losses, lost profits or damages resulting from the consumption or storage of products after delivery.
