Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fondatore 2009 is a Trentodoc of extraordinary class, an iconic expression of the Italian Classic Method. Made from high-altitude Chardonnay grapes and aged for over ten years on the lees, it combines complexity, energy, and precision in a style of rare elegance.

The nose opens with notes of ripe citrus, yellow apple, and dried fruit, accompanied by hints of honey, fine pastry, and delicate mineral nuances. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the palate, it is deep and creamy, supported by a vibrant freshness that gives it momentum and tension. The sip is ample, harmonious, and layered, with a long, saline, and very pure finish.
