Grotta Rossa 2021 by Santadi is an authentic and generous Mediterranean red, an expression of Carignano del Sulcis and the sunny character of Sardinia. Made from old vines grown near the sea, it combines aromatic intensity, softness, and a pleasant savory imprint.

The nose opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, blackberry, and plum, accompanied by notes of myrtle, Mediterranean scrub, licorice, and light spicy nuances. On the palate, it is enveloping and harmonious, with soft tannins and a freshness that provides balance and smoothness. The sip is rich yet dynamic, with a persistent and delicately balsamic finish.
