Pol Roger Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill is a Champagne of extraordinary nobility, created as a tribute to one of history's great names and considered one of the maison's greatest interpretations. The 2012 vintage offers power, tension, and depth in an equilibrium of rare precision.

The nose opens with notes of candied citrus, ripe apple, and dried fruit, accompanied by hints of brioche, honey, fine spices, and a distinct chalky imprint. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the palate, it is broad and vibrant, with a creamy texture supported by incisive freshness and great mineral energy. The sip is layered, deep, and impeccably harmonious, with a very long, saline, and luminous finish.
