Giulio Ferrari Rosé Riserva del Fondatore 2008 is one of the highest expressions of the Italian Classic Method, a sparkling wine of rare elegance that combines depth, energy, and extraordinary finesse. Made predominantly from Pinot Noir with a small proportion of Chardonnay, it ages for a very long time on its lees, developing complexity and precision.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of small red fruits, candied citrus, and pomegranate, accompanied by notes of pastry, fine spices, and delicate mineral nuances. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the palate, it is broad and vibrant, with a creamy texture supported by freshness and saline tension. The sip is deep, elegant, and layered, with a very long and remarkably pure finish.
