Ferrari Perlé Zero Trento 2013 is a Trentodoc of extraordinary purity and elegance, a rigorous expression of mountain Chardonnay in its most essential form. With no final dosage, it reveals a taut, deep, and crystalline style, enhanced by long aging on the lees.

The nose opens with aromas of ripe citrus, yellow apple, and dried fruit, accompanied by notes of fine pastry, aromatic herbs, and delicate mineral nuances. The perlage is very fine and persistent. On the palate, it is vibrant and precise, with incisive freshness supporting a creamy texture and extraordinary saline tension. The sip is deep, elegant, and very long, with a pure and luminous finish.
